Enders Falls in Enders State Forest

Enders Falls in Enders State Forest

Over the weekend, I visited several waterfalls.  One of the most impressive was a series of 5 or 6 waterfalls in the Enders State Forest in Granby, Connecticut.  Above is a photo of my favorite one of the set and I believe the one with the longest drop (although I could be wrong on that score).  The waterfalls are close to the parking area and are really a sight to be seen.  However, be careful – the trail along the banks of the brook were really slippery in some spots.

I’ve been trying to find the name of the stream that flows over the falls, but with no luck so far.  I’ll be posting many more photos of the falls in the next few days, so if I find the name, I’ll post it then.
